This is the target annual salary range for this role. This range is not inclusive of other additional compensation elements, such as our Bonus program, Equity program, Wellness allowance, and other benefits [US Only] (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
The compensation range provided is influenced by various factors and represents the initial target range. Our salary offerings are dynamic and we strive to ensure that our base salary and total compensation package aligns and recognizes the top talent we aim to attract and retain. The compensation package of the successful candidate is based on various factors such as their skillset, experience, and job scope.

The opportunity
Drive alignment and execution of the Consumer Product Marketing team’s go-to-market (GTM) plans by partnering closely with Product Marketing Managers, Product teams, and cross-functional teams.
Coordinate all end-to-end go-to-market planning, timelines, and execution for product and feature launches.
Oversee campaign and production workflows, including entry and project tracking, GTM documentation, and coordination across stakeholders.
Collaborate with creative and media teams to manage top-of-funnel ad campaigns, ensuring deadlines and processes are met.
Manage localization and translation workflows with vendors and regional teams to deliver high-quality assets for international launches.
Submit and manage design and copy briefs including asset trafficking; oversee reviews and approvals across Brand, Legal, and Compliance.
Own operational needs including NDAs, contracts, invoicing, and expense tracking with Legal, FP&A, and Vendor Management.
Lead planning for team meetings, drive process improvements, and jump in where needed to ensure campaign success.
Skills you should HODL
45+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management within a premium brand, creative agency, or matrixed organization.
Strong portfolio management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders across digital channels.
Experience supporting and executing go-to-market campaigns, including ad creation, localization, and translation for global audiences.
Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives forward independently.
Confident communicator and storyteller; able to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights and executive-level summaries.
Prior experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, media, and product teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Uses data and analytics to inform decisions, optimize workflows, and measure marketing performance.
Passionate about crypto or curious to learn more about the space.
Nice to haves
Have supported on ad campaign creation and delivery.
Have an interest or keen eye for creative work.
Have a general understanding of media planning and trafficking for an ad campaign.
