Strive added 382 Bitcoin for approximately $30.3 million between May 13 and May 18, lifting its total holdings to 15,391 Bitcoin, according to an 8‑K filing disclosed on May 19.
Strive Bitcoin holdings grow to $1.2 billion
Crypto.news reports the purchase was made at an average price of $79,348 per coin, valuing Strive’s Bitcoin treasury at roughly $1.2 billion at current prices.
The company says it has been funding Bitcoin accumulation through issuances of its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, and maintains no traditional debt on its balance sheet.
Strive also disclosed a year‑to‑date Bitcoin Yield of 18.4% and an amplification ratio of 44.3%, alongside $87.3 million in cash and a $49.8 million position in Strategy’s STRC preferred stock.

With 15,391 Bitcoin, Strive is positioned between Hut 8 and Riot Platforms among publicly disclosed corporate holders, while Strategy remains the largest corporate holder with 843,738 Bitcoin.
